We use your information to respond to enquiries and provide quotations, to deliver and manage our services, to assess job applications and carry out the licence and right-to-work checks the law requires, to keep this website secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

When we deliver parcels on behalf of a retailer or parcel network, that client decides what information is collected and why. We act as their processor and handle recipient details strictly on their instructions.
If you are a delivery recipient, please contact the retailer you ordered from about your information. They are the controller, and we will support any request they send us.
We never sell personal information. We share it only as far as necessary — with the client a delivery relates to, with the IT, hosting and recruitment providers who help us run the business, with providers who carry out licence and right-to-work checks, with our professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact. Client and contract records are kept for seven years to meet accounting requirements. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Delivery records are kept for the period set out in our contract with the client.
Your information is held on servers in the UK or European Economic Area, protected by access controls, encryption in transit and staff training. Where a provider transfers data outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place
